Healthy Tacos
This recipe is for two UltraLite servings, 2 Protein and 5 Carbs each. If you aren't following the UltraLite diet, you can make as much or as little of this as you like.
Ingredients
- 120 grams grass fed ground beef or turkey
- 60 grams shredded jalepeno jack cheese
- 60 grams large leaf lettuces for 'shell' (romaine works well)
- 60 gram raw onion, diced
- 50 gram avocado, diced
- Taco seasoning (sugar free) or your own blend of dried oregano, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder and red pepper flakes, salt and pepper
Instructions
- Cook ground meat in saute pan until browned and add spices.
- Place lettuce leaf on plate, layer meat, cheese, onion and avocado down center. Pick up and eat. Muy buen!
