Healthy Tacos

This recipe is for two UltraLite servings, 2 Protein and 5 Carbs each. If you aren't following the UltraLite diet, you can make as much or as little of this as you like.

Ingredients

  • 120 grams grass fed ground beef or turkey
  • 60 grams shredded jalepeno jack cheese
  • 60 grams large leaf lettuces for 'shell' (romaine works well)
  • 60 gram raw onion, diced
  • 50 gram avocado, diced
  • Taco seasoning (sugar free) or your own blend of dried oregano, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder and red pepper flakes, salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook ground meat in saute pan until browned and add spices.
  2. Place lettuce leaf on plate, layer meat, cheese, onion and avocado down center. Pick up and eat. Muy buen!
