Greens

“Greens” typically refer to kale, swiss chard, and collard, beet, turnip and mustard greens. All are packed with vitamins, minerals, fiber and array of phytochemicals which may reduce the risk of heart disease, eye diseases, and certain cancers. You can use these greens in any way you would use spinach, which is the most common “green”.
